SAP NS2 is excited to share that we’ve selected Alert Enterprise, a leader in security convergence, to deliver cyber-physical identity and access management across our workforce and facilities. This partnership adds additional security measures across our enterprise, allowing us to continue to identify, prevent, mitigate, and respond to threats.
What does this partnership mean?
SAP NS2 is adopting the Alert Enterprise Guardian platform. The Guardian platform offers deep integrations with SAP systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fieldglass, and SAP Concur—providing end-to-end identity and access security across the entire hire-to-retire journey. This streamlines secure onboarding, role-based access controls, contingent workforce compliance, and automated offboarding from a single platform.
The Guardian platform will be implemented across SAP NS2 to enhance the protection of our critical resources. As cybersecurity and physical threats continue to converge, this integrated platform will support real-time, risk-based decisions around identity and access. We can automate and orchestrate identity lifecycle management, access approvals, compliance enforcement, and threat response—all while maintaining full visibility and governance.
“SAP NS2 is committed to advancing security in every dimension, digital, physical, and operational,” said David Erley, Chief Operating Officer, SAP NS2. “By partnering with Alert Enterprise, we’re setting a new standard for how enterprise access is secured, monitored, and managed. The Guardian platform aligns perfectly with our mission to protect national security interests through trusted innovation.”
In conjunction with SAP NS2’s existing security landscape, the Guardian platform meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational resiliency. It enables us to continue enforcing least-privilege access across IT, OT, and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS). It supports automated insider threat detection to streamline onboarding and offboarding across the workforce, including contingent workers and visitors.
“We’re proud to expand our partnership with SAP NS2 and support their access security transformation journey,” said Jasvir Gill, Founder and CEO of Alert Enterprise. “With the Guardian platform, SAP NS2 gains a force multiplier for cyber-physical security, helping ensure only the right people have access to the right places, systems, and data—at the right time.”
The implementation of Guardian reflects a growing demand among government and critical infrastructure organizations for modern, converged solutions that close identity and access gaps across siloed systems. Guardian delivers this capability while aligning with zero trust security principles, enhancing operational agility, and reducing risk exposure across the enterprise.
