Harish Luthra is SAP NS2’s Chief Executive Officer. Harish oversees engagement with customers and drives initiatives that deliver SAP’s intelligent enterprise with U.S.-based security. He ensures SAP NS2’s overall objectives align with market trends and support regulated customers as they adopt the benefits of cloud. Harish joined SAP NS2 in 2011.
Prior to joining SAP NS2, Harish began his career at SAP in 1997. Harish founded the SAP Federal Professional Services practice in 1999. Harish later became the national vice president of the SAP Public Services Consulting business. For 14 years, Harish focused on the sales and delivery to the federal government (U.S. DoD and Civilian Departments/Agencies), state and local governments, aerospace and defense corporations, and higher education institutions. Harish has extensive experience with regulated industries—allowing him to gain a deep understanding of the special security requirements of government entities.
Harish holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a member of World 50, Executive Mosaic, and WashingtonExec professional organizations.
David Erley is SAP NS2’s Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for establishing and executing SAP NS2’s strategic objectives, KPIs, and OKRs. David and his team manage the day-to-day operations for IT, internal business systems, risk management, sales and maintenance operations, procurement, facilities, and third-party vendor management.
Prior to his role as the COO, David was the CFO of SAP NS2. David began his career at SAP in 1998, and since then David has held various finance and operational leadership roles, to include the CFO of SAP Canada and head of finance for services for SAP North America.
David is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science – Business Administration in accounting.
Emily Gyory is SAP NS2’s Chief Financial Officer. Emily is responsible for all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning and analysis, driving finance efficiency, and profitable revenue growth for SAP NS2.
Emily has been with SAP since 2008, joining SAP NS2 in 2019. Prior to serving as CFO, Emily led the finance team to provide streamlined reporting to measure success and collaborate with leaders to identify cost-saving strategies. At SAP, Emily held various roles, such as North America revenue recognition, services controlling, and global project controlling—providing a well-versed background in SAP finance.
Emily graduated from Villanova University and received her master’s degree from the University of Virginia.
Joe Kernan is SAP NS2’s Chief Security Officer. He advises the company on best practices surrounding security to facilitate corporate strategies and the adoption of commercial technology in the government and public sectors. He was a founding board member and first chairman of NS2 Serves, a veteran training and employment program that continues to be conducted by SAP NS2.
Joe has experience and expertise in establishing defense and intelligence enterprise strategies, policies and priorities, and developing related investments programs. Joe is a retired U.S. Navy Vice Admiral and former Under Secretary of Defense, Intelligence and Security. He served in both the Surface and Naval Special Warfare communities for 36 years. In his most recent government role, he was the principal intelligence, counterintelligence, and security advisor to the Secretary of Defense and the Director of Defense Intelligence in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Joe graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1977 (BS) and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 1997 (MS).
Pete Mattimore is SAP NS2’s Customer Revenue Officer. Pete is responsible for overseeing customer relationships, revenue-generating activities, and driving the overall growth of the organization. Pete strategically aligns departments across customer success, sales, support, and services to ensure SAP NS2 generates healthy revenue. Pete joined SAP in 2016 and would later join SAP NS2 in 2019.
At SAP, Pete led the regulated industries line of business for SAP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. In 2019, Pete transitioned to SAP NS2 to lead secure cloud sales. Prior to this, Pete held numerous senior management positions at PTC, including running all regulated verticals. Pete also served as vice president of North America sales at Stratasys, the world’s largest 3D printing company.
Pete completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University.
Laura Carmack is SAP NS2’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Laura is responsible for developing and executing the overall people strategy, including staffing, talent management and retention, compensation, and employee relations. Laura has led the HR program at SAP NS2 since 2010.
Laura brings over 30 years of experience as a human resources leader in the federal technology space. She began her career in HR at Societe Generale in New York. Following this position, Laura joined Sybase, Inc., which would later be acquired by SAP. Laura supported the North America sales and services divisions across the commercial and federal space. In 2015, Laura was instrumental in the creation of NS2 Serves, a program that provides free IT training and career placement to post- 9/11 veterans.
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in French and education from Gettysburg College, and attended a master’s program in Angers, France.
Joseph Moreno is SAP NS2’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Joe manages legal risk, oversees compliance, and ensures the company operates within legal boundaries as we conduct business with the U.S. Government and highly regulated entities.
Prior to joining SAP NS2, Joe was a Global Litigation partner with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Before private practice, Joe served as a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice in the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section, where he investigated and prosecuted international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. A decorated combat veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, Joe is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve and has served on active duty in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Joe earned his undergraduate degree from Stony Brook University, his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from St. John’s University Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
Arvind Gidwani is SAP NS2’s Chief Technology Officer. Arvind is responsible for cloud technology, engineering, and operations surrounding all SAP NS2 single tenant solutions.
With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Arvind brings extensive background in the successful delivery of cloud innovation. Arvind has experience across SAP operations, including managing global infrastructure operations at SAP SuccessFactors and re-architecting the largest commercial subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS). Prior to SAP NS2, Arvind was the CIO and general manager at MapR, where he was responsible for driving a pure cloud strategy across the company’s business and engineering operations. Before MapR, Arvind was responsible for managing the global infrastructure operations for the Oracle Managed Cloud (Private/Hybrid), as well as the delivery of the cloud infrastructure for Oracle’s public PaaS and IAAS platforms.

Lillian Chang is SAP NS2’s Senior Vice President of Product Strategy. Lillian is responsible for the company’s solution portfolio, architecture, product launch, marketing, and strategic partnerships. She leads a team focused on building secure cloud solutions for public sector customers that require government regulatory requirements (i.e. ITAR, FedRAMP, DISA IL4/5, StateRAMP, etc.).
Lillian joined SAP in 1998, and she has since held roles in presales, solution management and go to market. She served as a presales senior director at SAP’s regulated industry sector, focusing on the federal, defense, and state & local industries. Before joining SAP, Lillian spent five years as a consultant, working with SAP and other software solutions.
Lillian is a graduate of University of Michigan, where she majored in Industrial & Operations Engineering.
Wayne Watson is SAP NS2’s Vice President of Multi-Tenant Cloud Delivery & Operations. He is responsible for maintaining customer consumed multi-tenant solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, and the SAP Business Technology Platform and Extension Services. Wayne oversees the day-to-day management of cloud infrastructure and application services.
In 2023, Wayne joined SAP NS2 from one of the leading identity governance & administration SaaS providers. There he served as Vice President of Cloud Operations. Prior to this, Wayne has served in senior leadership roles with several startups focused on building teams to deliver and maintain reliable cloud and on-premises platforms.
Wayne completed his bachelor’s of science at Cal Poly Pomona University.
Kristen Hennebry is SAP NS2’s Chief of Staff. Reporting to the CEO, Kristen is responsible for facilitating communication across internal executives and external stakeholders. Kristen ensures the leadership’s vision is effectively communicated across the organization. She is responsible for high-level strategic planning and coordinating events with key stakeholders across our business.
Prior to her role as Chief of Staff, Kristen was the National Vice President of the SAP NS2 Marketing & Communications department. She was responsible for building a strong foundation for the SAP NS2 brand and executing impactful campaigns to expand our reach across the public sector. Kristen supported go-to-market activities and played a pivotal role in ensuring SAP NS2 was well represented to both internal and external stakeholders.
Kristen holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University in integrated marketing and a bachelor’s in communications from Radford University.
Jeremy Perkins is the Senior Vice President of the National Security Group (NSG) at SAP NS2. NSG is the dedicated line of business for U.S. customers that require personnel and SAP solutions within classified environments. Jeremy also serves as the Senior Management Official for SAP NS2, having authority over facility operations and directing necessary actions to safeguard classified information. Jeremy joined SAP NS2 in 2016.
Prior to SAP NS2, he spent over 18 years working on SAP projects at various companies, supporting projects in the Federal Government and Department of Defense.

Tanvi Vora is SAP NS2’s Senior Vice President of Single Tenant Cloud Delivery & Operations. Tanvi is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery, management, and optimization of dedicated cloud environments tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients. With a focus on ensuring seamless deployment, high availability, and robust performance, Tanvi is committed to delivering secure and scalable single-tenant cloud solutions.
Tanvi joined SAP NS2 in 2017 to setup the secure cloud managed services business. Prior to joining SAP NS2, Tanvi spent over 18 years with CGI Inc. where she advanced through numerous leadership roles to include running large software development and managed services programs.
Tanvi holds a master’s degree in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Bombay University.
Kim Kasprow is the President of NS2 Mission for SAP NS2. She leads the national security mission-focused software and services lines of business comprised of three acquisitions—Volume Integration, Technology Management Associates, and Apex Expert Solutions. She is a founding leader of the SAP NS2 Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) employee resource group. Kim joined SAP NS2 in 2016.
Prior to SAP NS2’s acquisition of Volume Integration, Kim increased Volume Analytics software sales by triple digits and won a $235M competitive contract within the IC. Kim has over 20 years of experience across program management, operations, and finance. She has extensive experience in the Federal Government and IC sector. Before Volume Integration, Kim spent over 11 years with Boeing where she advanced through several leadership roles.
Kim holds a master’s in management information systems and services from University of Maryland, a B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, and a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University.
Winson Cumberland is SAP NS2’s National Vice President of Multi-tenant Cloud Operations. The multi-tenant environment includes the SAP Human Capital Management and SAP Business Technology Platform solutions. In this role, Winson is responsible for successfully and securely implementing new SAP products within the SAP NS2 environments.
Prior to his role at SAP NS2, Winson spent three years at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), operators of the world’s largest trade event, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). At CTA, he led the information technology and application development organization and oversaw the technical requirements of CES. Frances Fragos Townsend is the Chairman of SAP NS2’s Board of Directors. Frances advises various corporate Boards on regulatory and cyber issues that enable them to operate more securely. Frances runs an independent consulting business. She previously served as the EVP of Corporate Affairs, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Activision Blizzard. From 2004 to 2008, Frances served as Assistant to President George W. Bush for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism and chaired the Homeland Security Council. She also served as Deputy National Security Advisor for Combatting Terrorism from May 2003 to May 2004. Ms. Townsend spent 13 years at the U.S. Department of Justice under the administrations of President George H. W. Bush, President Bill Clinton and President George W. Bush. Frances graduated cum laude from the American University in 1982 where she received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Psychology. After accelerated study, Frances completed her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in December of 1984. In 2001, she attended the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University where she completed the Senior Managers in Government course.
Ellen McCarthy is a member of the SAP NS2 Board of Directors. Ellen has over three decades of national security service in a variety of leadership roles, spanning numerous intelligence organizations and disciplines. She provides firsthand insights on artificial intelligence, cyber security, effective leadership, driving innovation, and digital transformation. Ellen is the chairwoman and CEO of the Truth in Media Cooperative. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland and sits on advisory boards for Penn State Applied Research Lab, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Fortem Technologies, Exiger, and Babel Street. She served as the Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Intelligence and Research, where she led a team that provided intelligence insights and activities to support foreign policy and national security purposes. She focused on advancing INR intelligence integration across the State Department, expanding outreach, diversity and partnerships, and driving innovation. From 2015 to 2018, she served as Chief Operating Officer of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency where she helped the Director lead the agency and drive transformation.
Tim D. Chase is a member of the SAP NS2 Board of Directors. Tim has worked across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community (IC) in support of transformation challenges, business process improvement efforts, and strategic management initiatives. Tim retired in 2020 as a Principal with Deloitte Consulting, where he was a leader within the U.S. Government and Public Services (GPS) practice. He held leadership roles in both business development and service delivery, including his most recent role as the Lead Client Service Partner (account leader) for Deloitte’s Defense Intelligence business. He has current US Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level. Tim is certified in production and inventory management, and holds both a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Virginia Tech.
Harvey Rishikof is a member of the SAP NS2 Board of Directors. His career includes experiences in the private sector, academia, and public service, and he is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the American Law Institute. Harvey is the Director of Policy and Cyber Security Research and Visiting Research Professor at University of Maryland, College Park. He also serves as a Visiting Professor of Law for courses in cyber and national security at Temple Law School in Philadelphia, PA. Harvey is the former Director Military Commissions and Convening Authority at the Department of Defense. He is the former co-chair and founder of the ABA Cybersecurity Legal Task Force. His last government position was senior policy advisor to the director of national counterintelligence at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Before joining the government, he was at the National Defense University, National War College in Washington, D.C., where he served as professor of law and national security studies.
Ken Rapuano is a member of the SAP NS2 Advisory Board. Ken has an in-depth understanding of the most significant security threats facing the Nation. He has perspectives on the most effective approaches to prioritizing challenges, framing objective outcomes, developing clear courses of action, coalescing buy-in of key stakeholders, and executing strategic plans to achieve results. Ken is a Distinguished Research Fellow at National Defense University and an independent consultant and senior advisor to organizations seeking expertise and advice across a diverse range of national and global security issues. Ken has over 36 years of experience in the national defense and security fields, including service in the Marine Corps and senior executive positions in the defense industry, two FFRDCs, the Department of Energy, the White House, and the Department of Defense. Most recently, from 2017 to 2021, Ken served as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Global Security. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College, and a master’s degree in National Security Studies from Georgetown University.
